SMI2G Brokerage 2024 Event
Pole SCS is attending the SMI2G Brokerage 2024 Event on behalf of the NERO project, which takes place at Campus Cyber in Paris on 22–23 May 2024. The event, organised by a broad European security and defence research community, brings together innovators, practitioners, and stakeholders from across Europe to support the formation of consortia addressing the Horizon Europe Civil Security for Society 2023–2024 Work Programme.
As a key European brokerage event, SMI2G focuses on connecting organisations seeking partners to develop game-changing ideas and innovative technologies. The programme features high-level keynote speeches, expert panel discussions, and pitch sessions, while offering extensive networking opportunities and insights into Horizon Europe Security Calls. For the first time, the event also includes a session dedicated to the DIGITAL Work Programme, hosted by NCC-AT, highlighting differences and synergies between CL3 and DIGITAL cybersecurity calls.
NERO at the SMI2G Brokage Event 2024
The participation of Pole SCS is particularly relevant for the NERO project. Pole SCS is a digital innovation cluster based in the Provence-Alpes-Côte d’Azur (Sud) region of France, bringing together more than 300 members, including companies—70% of which are SMEs—as well as research centres and higher-education institutions. Through this strong and diverse ecosystem, Pole SCS acts as a bridge between research, innovation, and market-oriented deployment.
By joining the event through Pole SCS, the NERO project strengthens its visibility within the European security and digital innovation landscape, expands its network of potential partners, and supports the creation of high-impact collaborations.
